LEED Certification 

100% of commercial and high-rise residential buildings will be LEED-certified.  

Life Cycle Assessment 

Conducted for all completed buildings.  

Smart City Integration 

Smart City principles applied across all designs.  

Future-Proof Development 

Built for long-term resilience against climate change.  

Existing Materials

100% of existing materials will be reused for repurpose or construction 

Soil Decontamination

100% of soil will be decontaminated for reclamation and reuse 

Construction waste

At least 75% of construction waste will be recovered and diverted from landfill 

Building Greenhouse emissions

Νet zero greenhouse gas emissions for buildings following the European Green Deal 

Emissions following ISO 14064

Scope 1, 2 and 3 GHG emissions will be monitored and reduced in accordance with ISO 14064 

Irrigation water

100% of the irrigation water demand for The Ellinikon Park will be fulfilled through reclaimed water 

Green spaces

600,000 m2 of open green spaces 

Path network

50 km path network for pedestrians and cyclists 

Public beach

1km newly developed free access beach 

New jobs

>10,000 new jobs will be created during construction
