Primary & Secondary Education

Leading Greek educational institutions will be established at The Ellinikon, offering comprehensive academic programs for students from Greece and abroad. The schools will operate with a hybrid curriculum, covering all educational levels from early childhood to high school, with an expected capacity of 1,500–1,700 students per school.  

In this context, Costeas-Geitonas School (CGS) is anticipated to operate under a combined academic model, providing a complete and high‑quality educational experience in LEED‑certified facilities.

Higher Education

In addition to primary and secondary education, The Ellinikon will accommodate the development of an integrated educational ecosystem, featuring modern Higher Education facilities designed to attract Greek and international students, digital nomads, and young professionals.  

  • Strategic partnership with the University of Nicosia (UNIC)  
  • 5,000 to 10,000 students annually, from Greece and abroad  
  • State-of-the-art teaching and research facilities  
  • Student residences with a capacity of approximately 800 rooms
