Upper Elliniko

The largest shopping complex in Greece, and one of the biggest in Southern Europe is set to be developed at the heart of The Ellinikon. It will offer top-tier shopping, entertainment, and dining experiences. The mall will feature more than 340 stores and 4,000 parking spaces. It will stand out for its contemporary and hybrid design that will seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces. Conveniently located between two metro stations, it will be easily accessible to those who live or work in the surrounding areas.

The natural flow of the Airport Stream, formerly known as Evryalis, is being restored. An innovative infrastructure project, part of the strong flood protection system designed for the broader areas of Elliniko and Glyfada, guarding against the consequences of climate change.

The Evryalis Airport Stream is being demarcated, clearing its riverbed and restoring its flow through the park, transforming the local ecosystem and the surrounding area.

Similarly, the construction work for the new Trachones Stream is progressing.
