We welcome all of you that currently live and work around The Ellinikon, the new city at the heart of Southern Athens. With the development of this one-of-a-kind flagship project in Greece, the southern suburbs are being upgraded. The Ellinikon is a natural extension and an integral part of the urban fabric of the surrounding areas, aiming to make everyday life easier, more enjoyable, and more functional for everyone.
The Ellinikon Project
The Ellinikon, covering an area of 6.200.000 m², is the largest urban regeneration project in Europe and aims to redefine the urban landscape by creating the city of the future, based on innovation, sustainability, and culture. Significant progress has been achieved already, considering the complexity and scale of the project, as the first works are now visible. Infrastructure works are also underway meanwhile new landmarks are being created at a rapid pace.
