Financing of the Riviera Galleria Commercial Complex

Brief description of the investment

The Riviera Galleria commercial complex, with a total buildable area of approximately 23,000 sq.m., is an iconic project by architect Kengo Kuma in collaboration with BETAPLAN and has been pre-certified according to the LEED sustainable building standard at the Gold level. It will host stores of leading international and Greek brands, as well as dining spaces, forming a new architectural landmark at the Agios Kosmas marina and a significant attraction for visitors from Greece and around the world. The total budget of the investment amounts to €237,943,878, of which €84,000,000 comes from a loan from the Recovery & Resilience Facility.
