We are creating a new landmark collectively for all of us

Our vision is a neighborhood that makes our everyday life better: more green spaces, open areas, sports facilities, bike lanes. And a new 1 km beachfront, open and accessible to everyone. Everything is designed with people at its core and their human need for connection, recreation and well-being in mind. For the first time, we will be able to walk seamlessly from the city to the beachfront, through the new Metropolitan Park.  

We understand that the development of such a large area within the urban fabric creates challenges, as any major project in close proximity to our homes would do. We have all experienced this. We constantly experience it with projects, public or private, even of a smaller scale than Ellinikon. We do acknowledge this and are doing everything in our powers to limit any disruptions.
