The ambitious urban regeneration project at The Ellinikon, the malls, the marinas, and all assets undertaken by LAMDA, continue to flourish, evolve, and stand out, leaving a positive mark on the country, society and people.

We take immense pride in achieving yet another accolade within the framework of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies, where LAMDA proudly secured the 5th position among the top 20 most admired companies in Greece.

Financially, LAMDA has distinguished itself as the largest real estate company in Greece, boasting a portfolio valued at 3.3 billion euros. Notably, we are the first company in the sector to surpass the €3 billion threshold, a testament to the progressive enhancement of the domestic real estate landscape.

Our objective is to craft destinations and experiences, inspired by society, humanity and the environment. We redesign urban living, caring for today and tomorrow.

Our neighbors and local communities are a priority for us. We have launched a new section on The Ellinikon website — a dedicated webpage where residents of neighboring municipalities can stay informed and follow the progress of construction across different neighborhoods. Our mission is to ensure that everyone feels that the development of the new, modern neighborhood of The Ellinikon — located next to areas like Alimos, Glyfada, Elliniko and Argyroupoli — is deeply connected to and integrated with their own communities.

The ongoing urban regeneration project of The Ellinikon becomes increasingly apparent each day. Despite facing challenges, we persist in our projects across our diverse activities, driven by vision, passion, and innovative ideas, while maintaining respect and responsibility toward the needs of the country and its people. At LAMDA, we believe that projects hold real value when they positively impact lives, contributing through meaningful initiatives to enhance the quality of life for all.

In this regard, we introduced our first presentation of the Corporate Responsibility strategy, featuring a range of initiatives around vital environmental and societal pillars. To amplify the benefits of The Ellinikon throughout Attica, we have revitalized public sports facilities, enhancing historical sports venues that played a significant role during the 2004 Olympic Games, which had unfortunately suffered from neglect over time.

On this creative journey, where care translates into action, we aspire everyone to engage with and stay informed about our projects and initiatives. This is the aim of 5th consecutive newsletter, which captures all our latest updates.
