The Cove Residences

The Project

A luxurious collection of low-rise, high-end apartments and duplexes with lush green spaces and within walking distance from the beach. The Cove Residenves consist of 115 residences across 21 three-storey buildings, designed by Bobotis+Bobotis and ISV Architects, featuring spacious indoor and outdoor areas with private gardens, swimming pools and rooftop terraces. The Cove Residences offer a secure, family-friendly living environment of the highest standards.

Construction started in July 2023 for The Cove Residences designed by Bobotis+Bobotis and is set to finish in the first half of 2027. For The Cove Residences designed by ISV Architects construction started in October 2023 and is set to finish in 2027.
