Poseidonos Avenue Underpass
The Project
One of Europe’s most state-of-the-art tunnels. The Poseidonos Avenue Underpass is a key part of our city’s road network upgrade, offering swifter transit for vehicles. This project introduces improved routes for drivers and enhanced seaside access for pedestrians.
Stretching 1.150 kilometers, the underpass spans from Alimos Beach to Agios Kosmas Marina, contributing to traffic congestion alleviation. Construction commenced in May 2022.
