The Project
A landmark building at The Ellinikon. Riviera Tower, with its innovative design, offers stunning views of the sea and the city of Athens. Rising 200 m high, this is the Mediterranean’s tallest green seaside skyscraper, featuring 170 residences across 50 floors with uninterrupted panoramic views of the Athens Riviera, the Acropolis and Sounio. Riviera Tower is the first green residential skyscraper in Greece.
Construction started in August 2022 and is set to finish in the first half of 2027. In December 2022, foundation work commenced with 300 piles (1-1.5m perimeter), and in February 2023, a 520m diaphragm flood wall, 15m deep, was erected.
